Alan Haksten (b. 1984) is an Argentine/Swedish film composer, accordionist, and guitarist. Holding a Master’s from Lund University, he blends contemporary tango, electronics, and folklore into minimalist and orchestral scores for media.

During my time as the resident artist at CAM Gulbenkian, I conceive and led the Lisbon Spice Rack project with Inês Neto dos Santos and Mariana Salvador, transforming foraged plants into food-based interventions that reconnect eating with place.
I am a director and visual artist. For the Bauhaus of the Sea project, I curated a series of video installations and interviews in the Sturla–Vernazzola pilot area (Municipality of Genoa). The works were presented in an immersive exhibition.
